It's definitely one of my favorites in an album that seems a bit more stripped back instrumentally than it should in some places. I feel like it definitely has a much better musical progression, though I don't like how this video doesn't have the trumpets like the album version. That definitely sells its uniqueness from most of the other BB tracks pretty well.

@@j.c7719 Also Panic! At the Disco, most notably on their album Vices and Virtues. Yes, they have a few songs that are more superficial and poppy, but most of their catalogue has very artistic lyrics with hidden meanings and symbolism, as well as emotions and storytelling. Ryan Ross and Brendon Urie are excellent songwriters. They do definitely have some songs that are campy or over-the-top, but they have a very unique style that is definitely original. Even other bands that some fans associate with them don't have the exact same vibe. Brendon is my favorite singer. You should check out his cover of Bohemian Rhapsody because his vocal range can blow your mind! 🤯

And my heart is like paper, I hate ya I'm not from the land of the palms, so I know I can't stay here I'm not native, but My curves, San Gabriel all day And my lips like the fire licks the bay If you think that you know yourself, you can come over Lay your hands on me like you're a Land Rover In Arcadia, Arcadia All roads that lead to you as integral to me as arteries That get the blood flowing straight to the heart of me America, I need a miracle I can't sleep at home tonight, send me a Hilton Hotel Or a cross on the hill, I'm a lost little girl Findin' my way to ya Arcadia They built me up three hundred feet tall just to tear me down So I'm leavin' with nothing but laughter, and this town Arcadia Findin' my way to ya I'm leavin' them as I was, five foot eight Western bound, plus the hate that they gave By the way, thanks for that, on the way, I'll pray for ya But you'll need a miracle America

Melancholy. Her songs sound like the longing for something lost, and, sometimes, a longing for something one has never had (The real answer is her use of chord progression to something more dissonant, rather than resolving the dissonance at the end of the chord progression)
I can’t believe how visually, lyrically, vocally and aesthetically pleasing this track is, I really underestimated Arcadia
She is soo beautiful how can someone leave her for another girl
this is a masterpiece, always giving me nostalgia, ily lana 💗

This song is so meaningful! Lana needs to be recognized even greater as such artists! She is talented and the greatest poet. WOW just wow

Came to comment just for that lol what's with the outro it really don't sound like part of the track (or like any of her normal music) but it's the best part of the vid ... she looks different somehow, sexier, never heard her buss a trap beat or for that matter dance like that girl's a straight ten I hope she throws a few tracks like that in her next album/ tour it will def increase sales and attendance to her shows if you ask me

@@J3diMindTrix I feel like her version of sexy has changed from era to era. In the beginning it felt like she was trying to be sexy to feed the male fantasy/ideal and now I think she don’t give af and is sexy for herself as a woman in her own body. I have heard her add beats if you go back through the albums she sprinkles them in here and there and are usually very complimentary to the song composition.
I wish she was happy.

@@lanaspepsicola3642 there’s a reason it was hyped. a weird thing I’ve noticed about artists and the work that becomes popular is that their fans seem to think disliking or hating on that work makes them special lol not saying you’re doing this but it’s a habit I’ve noticed they have. there’s a reason songs become more popular than others 🤷🏻♀️ they are unique and have something new to offer. this song sounds exactly like the latest slow, dull songs she’s been releasing for a while now. but video games? the lyrics, instrumentals, and music video were stunning. it literally changed the music industry forever and made lana a name to remember. I don’t see how anyone could say this is better
