For luxury razors in the same category and money, I would consider and buy a Timeless razor before thinking about buying this razor. Thanks for the review Heiko, well done as always.

Great presentation Heiko! I hope they venture into gem, injector, single edge razors. I've never been fond of those bic blades.

Great shave Heiko. I think you did great for your first time with it. I love my Athena, it might be my favorite razor but It did take me a couple shaves to really dial it in and get the best out of it in terms of angles etc. Once you are used to it, its efficiency is really impressive compared to the blade feel it has.

Very nice review. If you run water through the comb you'll see it clear the soap and fountain water out the sides. It's quite clever.

The bronze will slowly patina. It can easily be brought back to original shine with Flitz cream.

Good video shave Heiko 👌🏼. I don't really like the handle and mostly the price, too expensive 😁. And I'm of the opinion that it should have the head channels open so that the foam doesn't clog.

Heiko, when you rinse the blades, the soap will shoot out the sides.

As long as I rinsed, it was no issue. I just had to flip from side to side and rinse regularly.

Great video! That is one Gorgeous razor. I would echo the suggestion to try a milder blade, the BIC is great in a mild razor like the Overlander, but is very sharp (some put it above Feather)

Nice looking razor Heiko. I didn't get the impression that it was top of the tree for you. At that price it's not for me at all. so thanks for saving me a few " sovs". The Dovo Prima cost me £45 and is an absolutely top notch shaver. i'll stick with that. All the best.

A bit of a reach as a suggestion, but some day soon, try a different blade but same razor and everything else the same. MAYBE the BIC blade is not doing well enough for you.

Hallo Heiko! Das ist ein wirklich toller Hobel! Wo würdest du ihn im Vergleich zum Mühle R89 einordnen? Die BIC-Rasierklingen nehme ich auch sehr gerne. Die würde ich von der Schärfe her direkt nach den Feather-Klingen einordnen. So long, Rainer.

Das ist ne gute Frage. Der R89 ist ein wenig milder und sanfter, allerdings ist der Lambda Hobel auf einer ganz anderen Ebene, wenn es zur Qualität kommt.
