In your opinion what placement of the input jack would be least obstructive? I'm concerned that any inside mounted one would hit my leg because of the classical position?

I’d be willing to bet it’s the Duncan Distortion. I have one in the bridge on my ESP and they’re a great sounding humbucker. If you like more metal exclusively, the good ole active EMG’s Wylde uses are very heavy. Seymour Duncan is great though don’t get me wrong and you never have to change the 9 volt. (I’m out of the loop on current guitar tech so this could be a dated opinion lol. Cheers)
