2. Oil - 3 tbsp.
3. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
4. Hing - 2 pinch
5. Salt - 1 tbsp.
6. Peanut - 2 TSP
7. Jeera - 1 TSP
8. Green Chilli - 1
9. Ginger - 1 inch
10. Turmeric powder - 1/2 TSP
11. Red Chili powder - 1 TSP
12. Dhaniya powder - 1 TSP
13. Garam masala - 1/2 TSP
14. Aamchur powder - 1/2
15. Jaggery - 1 tbsp
16. Coriander
