આભાર રાકેશભાઈ, ઘણા સમય પહેલાં રસોઈ શોમાં આ રેસિપી કુકિંગ એક્સપર્ટ જેનિશ પરમાર મેમ એ શીખવેલી, એટલે શાક ખૂબ જ સરસ બન્યું હતું, રસોઈયા મહારાજ પણ આ રીતે તળીને જ બનાવે છે, યુટયૂબ પર ઘણા લોકો સ્ટીમ કરીને અથવા બાફીને કરતાં હોય છે પણ તેમાં કારેલાં પોચા પડી જાય છે. એટલે મને આ રીત વધુ સારી લાગે છે.
