The prosthetic leg one was pretty good. I've done the same myself a few times.

fun fact: the weapon david used to kill goliath was not the slingshot, but the sling, which is basically a handheld trebuchet/whip combo. they were much cooler (and more effective) than slingshots, and were the first projectile weapon to break the sound barrier. they used carved stones called "sling bullets" as their main ammunition (which is an appropriate name for their power) and there's an ancient greek bullet that was found that has engravings, notably the word "Catch!" carved into one side. this has been a very long tangent from your friendly neighbourhood weapons nerd

Drew is definitely in the top ten of all time great comedians. Never a bad set. Always non stop laughs. Any time I'm feeling even the slightest bit down I head to KZread to watch him. Brightens my day every single time.

He’s going to be coming to Mansfield Ohio and I was so excited. Checking everyday for tickets to call on sale. Then my brother was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome and I slacked a few days. Box office was closed for new years and bam no good seats available. My Birthday early February and was going to be a gift to myself. Completely bummed but my brother is doing better. 17 days in the hospital so far. Love watching Drew’s videos!!

Which is the day before my son’s birthday and four days? Before Drew is going to be in Omaha. People might be really startled to see someone being wheeled in on a gurney! I don’t give a hoot how much I have to go through to get there I will get there

@@shalacarter5798 I had a surgery last December called a Hemipelvectomy. Basically, that’s where they amputate the leg (in my case the right leg) and a portion of my pelvis… I have a chronic pain condition and am used to having severe pain, but the pain I felt the two weeks after my surgery was bloody ridiculous! I wouldn’t wish that on anyone! If you really do go see Drew on a gurney following a surgery you’re so brave! I couldn’t do it myself. Best of luck to you regardless of what you decide on going to the performance.

@@briankuhn_ I have had chronic pain for what seems like ever and I just can’t imagine the pain that you went through after your surgery. Please tell me it is better now! The venue where Drew is going to be has a ramp to get in. But it’s more of a loading ramp so it’s pretty steep. We were there last year I think and my husband was able to push me up it. I wish I could take a gurney. Lol I am going to wait until the Friday before to see if I would be able to be in the car that long. Many blessings to you!

I used to use one, and was super effective with it. My first thought was "Don't be TOO casual with that!" When I was just learning, I just about broke my hand overextending my "handle" hand. That iron pyrite had some FORCE. I got a lot better lol. It was a nice portable thing, since my bow and blunt tips weren't always practical to take into woods 😏

I don't keep coming back to you and yourr videos (and re-watching them... and rewatching tgem) because of your stutter, or it's improvement, or whatever. I keep coming back because you're fucking hilarious!! And that infectious laugh!

First time, in a looooong time that I'm thankful for the KZread algorithm to suggest a video and I stumbled on to "Impressing My Therapist".. Absolut Legend! I literally fell off my chair laughing.. The timing is above and beyond and to top it off he blew it out of the park superbly with his speech pattern, posture and general demenor.. I don't even want to reffer to or call it an impediment, I'm more inclined to call it Improvment. That is a text book case of turning the tables. Those Mushy Marbles got to be made of Solid Marble to even have the courage to take a deep dive in to his career choice. I can only wish I had that level of courage, but this gives me hope and motivation to try. I can't, or shouldn't, complain on something unless I atleast gave it a shot, right? Rocks are ok but I like to use marbles the best. I play disc golf and sometimes get them suck in a tree. I use a slingshot to knock my disc out of trees.
