WHY do people not realize that airlines have zero tolerance for any shenanigans? Blame Bin Laden, I don’t care, but when a crew member asks you to get off the aircraft, they aren’t playing!! Doesn’t matter if you weren’t in the wrong or if it’s unfair; they never take the request back. You’re either walking out on your own two feet or getting dragged off by deputies, troopers or air marshals . Period. Just walk off quietly; if you truly didn’t do anything wrong, you’re better off pushing for a settlement later on. The moment you resist or engage in a horrific spectacle like this, any hopes you had for a claim are almost gone.

Orius25 I had a conversation about this when I was flying to Los Angeles, CA last year with 2 people sitting next to me on a Southwest Airlines airplane. And I told them I don’t think they should serve alcohol on airplanes. Because too many bad things have happened with passengers getting drunk and out of control on airplanes. Like when they are denied more alcohol. And for other reasons. Too many passengers can’t handle alcohol on airplanes.

She even went as far as to accuse me of stealing from her biological father when I cared for him through his dementia and cancer but she actually had paperwork changed so she could get his estate and now every last dime is gone! She told her stepfather and the rest of the family that I was the one who stole money but I had paperwork signed by the estate planner and attorney on a annuity so I could prove my innocence. I get that people like this aren't acting rationally, but surely they must realise that if the pilot decides the plane ain't leaving with them on it, then the plane ain't leaving with them on it. They can sit there and fight and argue with the police until the cows come home, it's not going to make the plane move any faster.
