This happened on my American Airlines flight departing CLT (Charlotte NC), headed to LAX (Los Angeles, CA )on July 19th, 2016.
She had the same name as the arresting officer
C.C. was roaming the Charlotte Douglas International Airport prior to boarding. She was fighting with her boyfriend and crying - stating that her father died the night before.
Once on the plane she continued to fight with her boyfriend, and was now stating her son had died. The stewardess politely asked for her to head to the front of the plane to speak with the Captain. CC refused the stewardess orders, buckled her seatbelt and said "The Captain will have to come back here and talk to me himself."
Thats when the camera started rolling..
