LADY CAN'T HANDLE THE WAVES AT HAULOVER INLET !! HAULOVER BOATS | BOAT ZONE

Ойын-сауық

Haulover Inlet in Florida is a popular spot for experienced boaters seeking a thrill. Known for its challenging conditions and strong currents, the inlet connects the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway and is famous for its rough waves and strong winds, which can make boating hazardous. Despite the risks, many boaters are drawn to the inlet's challenging conditions and the opportunity to navigate through it.

    I think one of the FEW boats that can just bulldoze there way through the swells at Haulover. Are the Viking boats. The way there wide bows are shaped and just the sheer weight and diesel power of there engines. I haven't seen one yet that struggles through there. They truly are open ocean vessels. That's not saying if the ocean wants you bad enough it will have you. Because it will no matter what size boat you have.

    For new viewers and or non-subscribers...THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST "HAUL-OVER INLET" CHANNEL & I think the original...If not the original was one of the first dedicating time, investing in the equipment and taking the time to edit and provide us the best parts from what was likely a 9-10 hour day....Then will have to spend another 4-6 hours reviewing, editing, and creating these vids...They aren't just taking an hour of drone footage, going home, downloading then uploading to You-Tube...SHARE SO WE CAN HELP GET THEM OVER 1M SUBSCRIBERS THIS SUMMER...

    Wow, I don't have words to thank you for your comment and recognition of the Boat Zone team. Not all viewers realize the hard effort of filming under the Florida sun or the humid weather and rain for almost 10 hours a day, and then compiling the best and offering it in our videos with information about boats/engines and often history. I deeply appreciate it and hope you subscribe and keep coming to see us. Thank you very much

    I never thought I would subscribe to a boating channel but after watching one video and seeing how amazing and prestine the footage is, I’m hooked. I love the water but I’m scared to death to be out on it. Videos like these allow me to do that. Thanks.

    A pontoon/tritoon that knows how to drive. Go fast and keep the nose trimmed up. Pontoons/tritoons can actually handle some really rough water and harsh conditions if you know how to drive. Can't sink them.

  • @garethevans9789

    @garethevans9789

    Thrust boils down to Mass x Velocity. As long as it is moving water in the right direction, it's working. There's plenty of space around the hulls, so the other hull isn't impeding the flow.

    Those Midnight Express boats are all show. If you watch the videos closely, when they hit the water hard, everything shakes on them. The towers swing back and forth like they will rip right off! I am not sold on those boats. They are lookers, but not built for the grind.

    By the way, SERIOUS QUESTION...WHY would someone choose to have 5 x 450R outboards unless they race??? Are they going to ever benefit from having 5 vs 3 or 4?...There is something called the point of diminishing returns unless the people that have those obviously are very wealthy so adding an additional $150K is no big deal and screams "I have the Biggest...Check Book out here"... I literally do not get it... ps. That boat @2:05 was extremely close, just one more over the bow or side and that boat would have taken a dive or rolled...Do you guys think so???
