Gift exchanges are so fun. I went to two this season. One was a holiday sock exchange and the other was a $15 gift exchange. We don't have many choices for shopping where I live, but a Marshalls opened up last year and I find they are great for nice and reasonable priced gifts. Your ideas to add an extra gift with the ornament will be appreciated, I'm sure. 💖 Before watching your video I had been thinking that it takes a lot of time to reply to all the comments. I certainly wouldn't mind if you just gave my comment a 💗 That is very appreciated. Thank you for caring about your subscribers. Oh, by the way your dress is so lovely on you. I can so relate to the constant gatherings and feeling like I’m missing out if I don’t partake every time. But two years ago I realized it’s not about the food really, it’s about being together! And if one time you graciously say no, thank you, then the next time say yes, please! You wrapped those gifts SO beautifully, anyone would be so lucky to get them 🤍

Hi Nikki, As you know, we have the same Coat and not a day goes by that I don't get a compliment from someone. It just fits so darn good!. I wish they had more color options. I too removed the fur trims because I am a not a fan of fur/faux fur. Hope all went well with little Lady. I/we have raised like 9 Rescued Rabbits and I can't even believe it sometimes. Time flies 🕊. Make it count.

Hi Nikki, just wanted you to know that I have always thought your size was small 4-6 size would be what the camera portrays in my eyes. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. As long as you feel beautiful that is what is most important. I think your size is beautiful and you always look so glamorous and elegant to me. I am happy to hear that your feeling better and more confident when it comes to the areas that bother you. I love hearing about your mom. I miss her being there too. I think the relationship you have with your mom is so precious. I hope when my daughter grows up she treats me the way you do your mom. I admire you for that. Thanks for sharing with us. This video really inspired me in so many ways.

I appreciate that. Our fluctuating sizes have a way of indicating many things. Before kids I was a 00, after I was between a 0-2 and after KZread and age, the number kept increasing. Changing our style of clothing can be helpful in accommodating our current body and accepting it and beauty is something in the back of our minds perhaps and this can change too. For me, having good health takes precedence and I can see outwardly how my choices are impacting that in addition to knowing what is really going on from my doctor visits. It is nice when we can feel beautiful and even better when we feel healthy and energetic in the body we have been blessed with🌹

Nikki, first as a new puppy Mom myself, I’m just impressed you can leave the house so you are doing great! Our little guy is 7 months now and getting so much better but is still very demanding of our attention and time. Good thing he is so cute, we love him so!❤ it has been 16 years since we’ve had a puppy in the house, our Louie passed last year. Thank you for sharing your struggles with consistency. I’m 55 and have struggled my whole life with ups and downs with weight. A few years ago, I discovered a podcast called Halfsize me. Heather is amazing at tackling the mind issues that surround this and listening to her podcast has been extremely helpful for me. The ornament packages look so beautiful! Have a great weekend!

Audibly cheering over here!!!! Skirts!!!!! I'm going to live from your inspo outfits now! Lol see, I've always LOVED your style with dresses but still had a slight hope you'd try skirts in future, and here we are! :)

Ah. I understand your struggle with skirts. I have worn skirts or dresses all my life and I know what works on me and what doesn’t. I am only 5’2, so anything that hits me mid calf somehow cuts my legs off at a weird place. My hips aren’t as slim as I would like, so anything full/pleated makes me look…full. I have what I jokingly call an “upper belly”, so dresses with a high waist make me look like I’m expecting. This narrows down the choices. My best looks are either knee length pencil skirts or a straight maxi skirt. I have a few dresses, but I prefer to wear a cardigan or denim jacket with them. I feel best in a more tailored style than frilly. Isn’t it funny how we know what we like and what works and what doesn’t? What is trending isn’t always our best look, try as we might.

Making healthy choices a lifestyle is so hard! Thank you for talking about those struggles because it’s nice to know I’m not the only one that deals with being consistent with my eating habits. I have a dress that’s a bit snug now and my goal is to fit into for Easter. I just need to change my mindset that this is a life choice for me.

When I have bought pleated skirts they have always gotten ruined in the washer dryer. Any hints how you avoid ruining a pleated skirt when washing would be appreciated.🤍🤍🤍

I haven’t experienced this unless it’s cotton or linen. For that I’ve tried to re-create with ironing.
