I am really particular about my pen …. I usually use a fountain pen. Under the bed cleaning is the worst but the best feeling when it’s done . Gorgeous dress btw …

How much fun this video was for me. I got inspiration in so many ways today. I can’t see the legs on your bed but maybe furniture pads would help so it doesn’t mark up your floors. I did hear you say it had wheels (I think) but those usually only are on the foot of the bed. You looked so beautiful and radiant in today’s video. My daughter asked me to do. keto for one month last year and I lost 10 pounds so fast. The hardest part for me was no bread (I love bread) and my coffee. I love coffee with French vanilla creamer. I know they have breads and creamers but I didn’t care for them. You can do this! I will add you to my prayers for success. Happy Holidays ~ Janet. 😘

You can always just make a crustless quiche. I have a lot of recipes I have found on Pinterest that are so good you don’t miss the crust. Also, I love Trim, Healthy Mama plan of eating by Pearl Barrett & Serene Allison. Sensible eating of protein with either fats or carbs, and lots of veggies.

Be careful with limiting the carbs. Women need carbohydrates. Our estrogen "eats" it...terrible explanation. Please do, research this from professionals. Lol. I got really sick on keto. Just study it deeply. It comes down to portion control, cooking from scratch, and moderate movement.

Every lady is different and I really limit what I share on my channel because of opinions and nobody else knowing what I’m going through or how my body reacts to certain foods. For some of us, it does come down to what we put in our bodies, even be it from scratch.
