I “play” this piece often. Whenever I think I’m getting ok at this, I need to play this to remind me I have very long way to go. Perfect performance.

I thought I knew the best trumpeter in the world until I heard this man....absolutely unbelievable....can play any type of music which is almostimpossible. Usually a trumpeter sticks to one kind of category...he does it all!!! Oh, yeah, I play the trumpet. That's how I know.

This is one of the best recordings of this piece I’ve heard…. and I’ve heard a lot of them 😂

Good Lord! If I could play like Andrea Giuffredi, I would be in heaven.

I prepared a paella, and just before serving it to the guests, found this AMAZING version, which went very well with Amontillado - served the amontillado at the outset of THIS rendition, - what a PERFECT musical accompaniment!!!

I was a reed sucker and played sax... until I heard the Rafael Mendez recording of La Virgen de la Macarena. The I bought a trumpet and started trying to learn. All I ever managed to do was amuse myself and annoy the cat but hearing this reminds me why I love brass, especially Latin brass. Beautifully done!

Thats it! I'm learning trumpet! Just found this guy and he's so good. I love his tone and articulation and the pieces he plays. Very good job!
