La Sal National Forest - Jimmy Keen Trail - La Sal Loop Road Look Out - Dispersed Camping - Utah
This dispersed camping spot right off the La Sal Loop Road in the Manti La Sal National Forest had some outstanding views. The Jimmy Keen Trail ran right next to my camping spot which made for some very convenient trail hiking. Beautiful area to explore and the scenery alone was worth the driving up into the mountains. Seek is pretty good. Picture This is good also. I love to discover the names of the local vegetation too. It’s fun and informative. Both work really well in the desert here in Palo Verde valley next to the Colorado River. Great video once again.

Yeah, all the snow melt and much lower temps up in that elevation makes it very green.

The temps were great compared to down below in Moab. Moab was hitting 100+. It was low 80’s during the day. High 50’s at night. Excellent weather.

It's not completely pitch black, you can see Moab's lights a little tiny bit. But you can definitely see the stars at night from their, beautiful. I need to learn night time photography. LOL
