We present the short film and first-person tour of a new housing project: La Casa Terrazas, an incredible contemporary house located in Puembo, Ecuador. The particularities and requirements, combined with different concepts applied to the design, give life to this project. It takes advantage of the visuals that surround the lot, where each space uses the view of the mountain as a dramatic finish.
The topography of the land allows to generate an underground garage, which is illuminated through the pool with translucent walls added to the triple height vertical circulation.
Presentamos el corto cinematográfico y la visualización en primera persona de un nuevo proyecto de vivienda: La Casa Terrazas, una increíble casa contemporánea ubicada en Puembo, Ecuador. Las particularidades y requerimientos, combinados con diferentes conceptos aplicados al diseño dan vida a este proyecto. Se aprovecha las visuales que rodean al lote, en donde cada espacio utiliza la vista hacia la montaña como remate.
La topografía del terreno permite generar un garaje subterráneo, que es iluminado a través de la piscina con muros translucidos sumado a la circulación vertical triple altura.

A work of art, this is fantastic. Only downside is that it's in Ecuador. Would've preferred Spain as a home like this would look great in Marbella or even California with its ridiculous fees. Honestly no offense, but people with this kind of money do not come from Ecuador, they are foreigners from the USA, China, Russia, Arabia and EU countries. Though Ecuador is a beautiful country, with gorgeous nature, and it's pretty well developed, great for holidays.

$40Million in California. Maybe $2Million in Ecuador. I'm currently in Ecuador, as I have been for six months. As Europe, Canada and the US collapse, more people will find refuge here. It's a construction boom.

It seems that they are very professional in architectural design but also very unprofessional to answer questions from people who are interested and are asking for information and they have no interest in answering. It's probably not really a construction company, but rather someone who just wants to show off how good they are at using computer programs.
