We present the first-person tour of a new housing project: La Casa de Los Arrayanes, an astonishing contemporary house located in the Arrayanes Country Club Urbanization in Puembo, Ecuador. This project is created from different peculiarities and design concepts, it takes advantage of the beautiful visuals of its privileged location, also achieving that all social spaces are open, majestic and intertwined through a central circulation, which functions as a walkway from the main access to the end point of the land, where there is a viewpoint and exterior living that complements the landscape, its endless pool and recreation area
Presentamos la visualización en primera persona de un nuevo proyecto de vivienda: La Casa de Los Arrayanes, una asombrosa casa contemporánea ubicada en la Urbanización Arrayanes Country Club en Puembo, Ecuador. Este proyecto es creado a partir de diferentes particularidades y conceptos de diseño, se aprovecha las hermosas visuales de su privilegiada ubicación, logrando también que todos los espacios sociales sean abiertos, majestuosos y se entrelacen mediante una circulación central, que funciona como pasarela desde el acceso principal hasta el punto final del terreno, en donde se ubica un mirador y estancia que complementa el paisaje, su piscina sin fin y área de recreación.

Do you got the blueprints for this house aswell? This look stunning, big entertainment places and big enough for a big family aswell, a lot of beautiful touches + u got a gym inside! Like the gym fit in doesn’t look like a after though like I see many other houses do! This house was amazing I would love to get the blueprints, only thing missing are some small houses for income when you live there. But I guess that if you have money for building this dream u won’t think about income so mush. But I would love to see a place with mini version in the backyard like income. Could always build downstairs like rental unite as-well. Please send me blueprint or tell me how I can get it if u have. Again beautiful and thanks for all the hard work you put in for making this! 🥲😍💯🔥
