Easy Aloo Gobhi Recipe Ingredients List: 🍕🍣 सामग्री

Potato आलू - 5
Oil तेल - 4 tbsp
Salt नमक - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds जीरा (Jeera) - 1/2 tsp
Bay Leaf तेज पत्ता - 2
Cardamom छोटी इलाइची - 3
Cloves/Laung लौंग - 2
Star Anise/Chakraphool - चक्रफूल
Cinnamon Stick/Dalchini - दालचीनी
Chopped Onion प्याज - 2
For masala
Ginger अदरक - 1/2 inch
Garlic लहशुन (Lahsun) - 8 to 10
Green chilli हरी मिर्च - 2 to 3
Coriander Seed साबुत धनिया - 1 tbsp
Black Pepper काली मिर्च - 7 to 8
Chopped Beetroot चुकंदर - 1/4
Mashed Tomato टमाटर - 3
Turmeric Powder हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder धनिया पाउडर -2 tbsp
Cumin Powder जीरा पाउडर - 1 tsp
Red Chili लाल मिर्च - 1 tsp
Garam Masala गरम मसाला - 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi कसूरी मेथी - 1 tbsp
Water पानी - 3/4 cup
