i had never heard of this song before, im a guy living in England, i heard this on a bus for the first time i couldn't help myself i started crying silently, very embarrassing but you all know why, the story it tells is so real despite its subject i think everyone has at some point felt that pain of being left without reason. Thank you for a very good song.

This song describes exactly how I feel right now. When I found my wife she was sad and broken. I picked her up and wanted to bring her only joy. this song can't make sense for people who haven't experienced it, we all hit a emotional wall and there is someone to pick up the pieces. This song is about being left behind as that broken winged bird flies away. I unfortunately did the flying, if you are a person with any depth you will experience this in your lifetime, either the recieving or the taking of it, as I said its like love you won't know what it is until you experience it.

@CTPAXRU some of the fattest people (if that's what you meant) are the best singers :)

@Haunted300 fat singers sing better because they have stronger breathing retention muscles:) But if she would loose some weight and be normal sized (not skinny) her voice would sound more open and brighter.. and her voice quality would improve. She does have a nice timbre even now. Skinny singers have to work more if they really want to sing.. good.. build up the muscles. Many don`t even bother and just look pretty. Yep.. plenty of those.

If she lost weight it would affect her singing. The sound doesn't just come from her vocal chords. Sound come from many factors of the body and weight and the bodies shape is one of those factors, plus it's rude of you to comment on her weight.
