Technical performance in $20 IEMs are not so compared. The differences aren’t that big. But little things needs consideration. ZVX is more resolute as it delivers the raw sound directly. So, you can here a bit more micro details in this and everything sound forward. Good for gaming, you can easily hear the footsteps correctly with decent sound stage and imaging.

reducing 2-3.5khz and boosting the airy region like 6kz-12khz will give you more wider soundstage and micro detail.

@@ELIXIR99 For gaming, forget about these 2. Go with the QKZ x HBB or the new KZ Castor bass version. Both are so good.

All of my KZs and CCAs have this kind of packaging 😂

This isn’t a natural sounding iem, definitely a coloured and fun sounding. So, this will mainly suit for Modern Pop, R&B and EDM stuff. Rating should be done considering the price, 7/10 for me. Truthear Hola and Tangzu Wan'er perform better in a wider range of genres.

I find the 8KHZ a bit sharp, so I change to silicon tips. Felt slightly soothing to my ears now. Anyone have the same feel?

Bro, you have better sensitivity. I'm peaking at around 4kHz. Using the wider bore tips is the best for treble sensitivity.

@Bernard Ong I'm still using the default ear tips. As i have many IEMs, i have many types of ear tips to test. Good ear tips are pretty expensive. So, i'm sorry, i don't have enough knowledge to recommend.

You didn't compare with 7hz zero

The reason for that is these are the most energetic and fun sets under $20. The Zero is for more clinical or analytical listening. Very relaxed low end and more emphasis on mids and highs, mainly highs. Zero is accurate than the others, clean sounding. Different sound signature with a different experience.

​@@Smzxe To be honest, these $20 ones don't have good technicalities. There are no drastic changes between each other. For soundstage, the Zero is slightly better. And the ZVX will only be good for modern music like EDM. And it is not natural. Coloured and energetic. If you have the Zero, the best upgrade is the Moondrop Lan. $35. For better technicalities.

@@weirdear95 I have tried moondrop lan 7hz zero sounds much better than that trash I already have Tin T3+ as well don't wanna spend more Technicalities between 7hz zero and Tin T3+ is negligible Even 7hz zero got better separation than a $70 iem

@@Smzxe I was about to order the Lan to compare it with the Blon x HBB Z300 and Simgot EW200. I got to the conclusion of best technicalities you can get for $35 is Moondrop Lan by the reviewers i follow. Comparing those 3 will be a good one i think. Also ordered the Chu 2 and KZ Krila. Will compare with them too and let you know my thoughts.
