I think she got up by a few points and wanted to ride it out. She had just had a pretty tiring match just before this as well.

Damn that's crazy, I haven't heard of a yellow belt since I was takin Tae-Kwon-Do but my mom would tell me I was taking Karate.

Typically it takes around 4 years or slightly more of training to get to a Yellow/White belt in the IBJJF system. Then an additional 3 years to get to Orange/White. So Kylie had about a year of training here, going against kids with 4 or more years of training. Sometimes there aren't enough kids in certain brackets, so they are merged.
