I have recently purchased one of these Civics and I absolutely love it. The air conditioning is ice cold on it and the power folding door mirrors work too. They have failed on my friend’s dad’s 09 Civic, the air conditioning has failed on it too so I was lucky to find one that works perfectly

Congrats on buying one and it sounds like a good one. The mirrors are easily fixed. The shut off devices are about £40 each but you can get them repaired for less than a tenner

@@tommyzoo I have 2009 1.8 civic, When the aircon stopped working i thought oh no big repair bill, turns out it's the original OMRON relay that is the culprit. It's not sealed all that well and corrodes on the control side. There is a Mitsuba replacement for £20. Aircon has been working since 2012 with this relay. Car has 147k on the clock and runs like a dream.

I had one of these without the bling on an 06 plate....sold it for 4.5k to my daughter in 2012. ..the price for a 6 year old Civic these days is more like 14/15k

There are. They are positioned higher up on the window frame at the back !
