I came here today because KV and the Violators are playing soon at the Glastonbury Festival in England, where a close associate of mine is also performing. I am old and way out of the loop. But when I heard the name Kurt Vile and the Violators it cracked me up, doubled me over and had me rolling on the floor. Do all of you get the pun? So I came here to see what KV was all about. Very nice stuff.

Love these guys, love the vibe and the tunes... I have friends that say there is nothing good happening in music. Hunt around a bit; there is stuff happening now. I hunted around and heard Kurt Vile!

seriously, there are more good bands out there now than ever before it seems like. The access to become a band is so much easier now with youtube and the like. People need to stop complaining about todays music and find the stuff they like out there and disregard the rest

Dearest Jake, I'm old enough to be your grandmother. In my day ALL guys had beautiful long hair which of course started with the Beatles. Do not let your young years go by without growing it long. Be brave. Of COURSE not all guys with long hair are gay! Do it, be brave, carry a knife in your back pocket. You will be shocked at how many babes will glom onto you.
