I have been told my mike is not recording in stereo like it says it is. If your listing on ear pods, try the other one.

This is a custom home so price is difficult to talk about, Kurk homes starts around $200 a SF but that is very basic. I would expect it to be around $230 a SF. That's as of mid April 2022. I did a Grand Endeavor Video 2 years ago and stated the price per SF. Two years later people are showing up thinking they are still at $150 as SF and their sales reps keep have to explain the prices have gone up since then.
