It's a Gorgeous Home, If I were to buy it, I'd put down plush carpeting, that would really make it look sharp, I'm just saying if I were to buy a house like that.

I'm pretty sure this builder does not build in North Austin. I can ask a Realtor friend of mine in Round Rock.

Okay, i really like the house even though its quite small to be called luxury. The layout, textures,... are up to my liking. But there's one more thing that i really like about is your daughter. She's absolutely adorable. I hope that i'd get a daughter like her in the future lol.

Stone wall greeting you at the door is actually a turn off. Beautiful otherwise.

Texas is now way over priced. Few people could afford this home with those low salaries. An engineer probably will make than an average $80k per year would not qualify for this home.

Do you have to have your daughter in all the videos. She is a huge distraction.

@@nutzwatcher9990 I'm looking at houses. These videos are made to sell houses, not promote someones daughter...so yes she is a HUGE distraction and therefore if he continues putting her in the videos he and the builder just lost my business. It's that simple.
