I'm digging these house videos. It's not to fast, it isn't filled with thundering music and you seem to be knowledgeable about the houses. Just learned what an out of season rack is.

Ted, this is the response from the sales rep at Chesmar: We can do about anything honestly. We do cat6a standard and security systems. But we can customize it any way they want. I can even have the technology company meet them and customize it to how they like

Immagamer Alexis! With the second level it starts at $590k. First floor only is $550. If her price point is lower than that, the Modera section in Cibolo Canyons builds Chesmar homes as well. I would be happy to help you guys with this process once your mom knows if she got the job or not. Buyers pay nothing to use a Realtor. Have you seen my other videos on the Cibolo Canyons community?

Beautiful home, but a wouldn’t buy a home with textured walls. Don’t like them at all.😕
