I did the electric final trim on this house. Beautiful house! the only “miss” is you have to walk all the way around either end to get in the kitchen. There should be a cut through in front of the pantry for lazy people like me 🤣

Your the first person who was actually involved in part of the build process to leave a comment. That is very cool. If having to take a few extra steps to get to pantry is the only negative,I count that as a win. One of the coolest things I saw in a home was what builder called a Costco door. It was a small door from the garage to the pantry allowing you to slide your stuff straight into to pantry from the garage.

Are there horses near by? Like really near? Do young people buy here for the school district?

This home was just over 1M. Texas is a none discloser state so it would not be appropriate to announce the to the world what my client paid for it. Also, since my client contracted on this house 6 months ago, the prices have gone up.

This house was a bit over $1M. One of my clients had it built over a year ago. Still a few lot available in this community.

All of us just can not drop over so if you would let us know a price so we so not waste out time.

My clients closed on this house almost a year ago. Since Texas is a none disclose state, it would not be proper to tell the world what my clients paid for the house. I can however get with the builder and see if they are building anything similar and what the asking price is as of today.
