Kung Pao Chicken (Sichuan stir-fried chicken) 宫保鸡丁

Today I will show you how I prepared Sichuan stir-fried chicken - Kung Pao! What we need to prepare it:
- 400 g of chicken breast
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of Shaoxing rice wine
- 1 tbsp of corn starch
- few slices of ginger
- 3 cloves of garlic
- few dried chili peppers
- 1 tbsp of Sichuan peppercorn
- dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- half a cup of chicken stock
- green onion
- cashew nuts
Sauce:
- 1 tbsp of light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of Shaoxing rice wine
- 1 tbsp of Chinkiang black rice vinegar
- 2 tbsps of sugar
Chī hǎo hē hǎo! (吃好喝好) 🍜
