    Invigorate! Amazing. When we practice these techniques, there are changes happening in our body’s physiology. This shift can sometimes result in light-headedness.Take it as a sign from your body to be gentle with yourself as you build up your depth and ALWAYS TAKE YOUR BREATH AT YOUR OWN RHYTHM. The breath patterns I demonstrate are the patterns perfect for me at that time & we are all different. Never force yourself to keep up with the rhythms in the video. The highest results come from listening to yourself & tuning into exactly what you're ready for!

    Hi, i have a question: in the part when you interlace your fingers with the index pointed, in front of your face, how do you put your thumbs? Which one is above the other?
