Just as all systems of yoga designed to strengthen the kundalini energy, all kinds of meditation are pushing this latent force in us. However, some methods of raising the kundalini quickly, efficiently and easier to others. This method is presented here kundalini yoga meditation. It is quite simple, but effective and does not require a huge investment of time and effort. For him 35-45 minutes is enough, but the result exceeds all expectations! Meditation I Kundalini Yoga as well as possible helps to clean energy system from the blocks and stagnation. The mind is easily cleaned, and you feel more energy than before.
Kundalini Yoga Meditation
Position yourself comfortably with your legs crossed. Lotus position would be ideal, but it is associated with certain difficulties, however, any suitable position with legs crossed, most importantly, that the back was straight. Place hands on knees, close your eyes. The mouth is also closed, the tip of the tongue touches the upper palate.
Within a few minutes breathing evenly and shallowly through the nose. It helps to get rid of unnecessary stress in the muscles and allows the mind to clear.
Then shift your attention to the first chakra, muladhara, located at the base of the spine between the anus and genitals. Focus your attention on it for 3-5 minutes, breathing deeply and evenly. Feel your breath runs right through this energy center.
Bring attention to the second chakra, svadhisthanu located in the lower spine in the genital area. Focus on it for 3-5 minutes, breathing deeply and evenly. Imagine that the energy of your breath runs right through the second chakra.
Next, concentrate attention on the third chakra, Manipura, located in the solar plexus. Focus your attention on it for 3-5 minutes, breathing deeply and evenly. Let the energy of your breath will pass through the energy center of the solar plexus.
Bring attention to the fourth chakra, anahata, located in the center of the chest. Focus your attention on it for 3-5 minutes, breathing deeply and evenly. Direct the energy of breathing directly through this chakra.
Next, focus on the fifth chakra, Vishuddha, located in the throat. Concentrate on it for 3-5 minutes, breathing deeply, slowly and steadily. Make sure that the energy of breath passes through the entire area of the throat.
With the throat shift your attention to the sixth chakra, Ajna, third eye. It is located just above the bridge of the nose between the eyebrows. Focus on it for 3-5 minutes, breathing deeply, slowly and steadily. When the breath send the energy right through the third eye point.
And finally, focus on the seventh, crown chakra, Sahasrara. Hold your attention on it for 3-5 minutes, breathing slowly, deeply and evenly. Let the breath energy flowing through the crown chakra.
From the parietal chakra transfer attention to a point twenty inches above the crown. Imagine that it is governed by a halo of light. Concentrate on it for about three minutes, breathing deeply and evenly. If you miss the energy of the breath through this point.
From this point of transfer his attention above, up to the heavens, and imagine that you have located the right of the sun, and the left - the moon. Within three minutes, concentrate on celestial bodies, breathe slowly and deeply.
Now turn your attention back to the third eye. Relax and focus on this energy center, breathe slowly and deeply. Keep the concentration for 10 minutes or more, if desired.
At the end take a few full, deep breaths through your nose, exhale through the mouth.
Then vigorously rub your hands together, then rub their face.
Gently open your eyes and sit quietly for 1-2 minutes, and then can return to business as usual.
This meditation opens up one by one all the chakras and energy system filled with plenty of energy breathing, prana. The key to this meditation is the breath and, of course, concentration. Try as much as possible to concentrate on each of the energy centers, breathe slowly and deeply. Breathing plays the role of fuel, providing the conditions necessary for the activation of the kundalini energy.

    Wow this is powerful!! After a few minutes I started to feel intense energy starting from my root chakra all the way up and a tinglingly sensation straight up my spine. I love it and the energy and tinglingly sensations lasted for a while. Thank you for sharing this with us I really appreciate this.

    In yoga and meditation, your breath and posture are very important. Your spine should be straight, the reason being, it allows an easy flow of energy and your breath trigger the charkras. If your posture or breathing pattern is incorrect, either the meditation will be ineffective, less effective or could have adverse effect. In kundalini meditation, energy flows upwards ie: against the gravity, therefore it should not be done while lying down, because in this posture, your spine becomes horizontal. As we know the energy flows upwards against the gravity through the spine. When the spine is horizontal the energy flows perpendicular to it.

    When you face droops or your head starts to sways you are in meduimistic Trance and your the focus of your awareness turns inward...note the mastering of the Mantras are go only as far as to put the left side of your brain the sleep as that portion of the brain can only perform with extroverted consciousness ie as in consciousness with a defined object. So those little tingles going up your spine the fact that your body moves and breathes involutary is because it activates your parasympathic nevous system but on a Spiritual level the face drooping and involuntary movements is the Life Force Ra nothing but you Kundalini being brought in synch with with what ever energy you possess at that moment

    Jaquary Moton hi im from india...,kundalini meditation is great in yoga...its very powerfull....woes kundalini chakra wokeup....this man is great...but kundalini chakra is also dangerous .....so this meditaion try in good teacher......om shanti

    Not fully open, I had to stop practicing for a while, I was also reading its not good to force it, A lot of strange things were happening when I was doing this.

    Namaste. Can I try this meditation without any Guru? I am already doing some kind of practice for past 1 month and yes, I have some background in committed chanting of Shlokas to past 2+ years. I am trying to find a Guru locally but all has gone in vain until now. My patience is running out. I want to try yours (and the other available music/sound) available in youtube. My only worry is, can I try this myself at home? Is it safe?

    Jeevan seo Majority of the Aaseevaha siddhars themselves were non-violent, except the ones like Murugan who developed martial art. Jains were followers of Aaseevaham of south.

    @elena Esp5. I get them to. It's because large amounts of energy are flowing through you. Sometimes you'll feel your leg jump randomly which feels like someone is shocking you. I believe this is your astral body leaving your physical body. I haven't really experimented with it though so I really don't know.

    Is it possible to experience kundalini changes in a person without even attempting to do so? Because myself along with many in my community have been through changes. I've developed certain technical and intuitive skills that have been deepened through meditation. Scientists have apparently found some parts of our DNA aren't being used anymore.

    I do it lying and sitting. For me feels that lying is more for relaxation. In lying position you can also observe energy shifts and moves. It's the best chakra meditation I know:)

    Hi, after 20 minutes i've changed my position to a more comfy one, keeping my back straight, is it ok to do so or that could influence the effectiveness? Also, is it ok to play this while i''m relaxing in my bath? Can it be dangerous of any kind?

    hi i love the video, i had my deeksha 3 yrs ago and my crown chakra has started activating. as the force is too strong at moments also making me shake a lot and getting terrible headaches. as i have attended two abishegams and two homams recently it seems to hve accelerated. i hve been told to stop as it is going to cause instability in my present moment :) being a mom to two lovely kids. i would love to have the sound file of this video if you don;t mind sharing and the meaning behind it :)

    Most likely because its a Kundalini Meditation and its goal is to rise the Kundalini energy up the spine, so sitting with straight back would be best to get optimum results. Also when he directs the listener to "visualize the chakra flooding with liquid" that liquid should be traveling upwards...this can be achieved by sitting in chair, sitting japanese style on your feet, or with you back against the wall if the lotus or cross legged postilion is uncomfortable for you...Blessings

    Remove all eyes and Myriads Dakshinamurti, crowns, thorns and Prana, rings and strings, knowledge and pearls, growth and time, Trinity Triads and which transcends. Both Vidya and Avidya (Eyes and nose written to world paradigm) - Thus all which reflects within it’s self outside in and inside out - Destroy the word.

    Jewish-hindu wisdom (medicinal) Summation of the internet school of ayurveda: Sattva Antartica - rather than googles first search results of sattva LA, a place more rooted in pure whole energies would actually be antartica, somewhere untouched mostly by ego of any kind, rather than Los Angeles, a region where rajas and tamas energies are trying to balance.. to be sattvic we must realize this folly, but look on it kindly as optimism, because of our sattvic nature we look even to imbalanced places we perceive its most balanced manifestation. Idont feel strong enough or able to work with ending gangs though, its not really my calling, but there are many people who do that and I wish them luck, and give gratitude that I never grew up around anything like that. I am only brahman, that is to say, an observer. The ayurveda seems to be helpful in getting suburban kids to not emulate poor cultures but instead appreciate the good they have. Loving kindness for the middle class. You can only work with what is relevant to you Wisdom of Brahman : Though someone raised in the middle class may give charity to the poor, its difficult to fully immerse and help specific issues, certain gifted individuals train to do things like that, but not all are expected to, as like as you respect your good fortune and respect some others dont have it so well this is enough... trust karmas law everyone will eventually attain total happiness, no need to make yourself uncomfortable gloating over others tragedies to the point of self degradation. -

    Guided Meditation: It is essential to nourish your Life Force....Your Ra.....your Spirit will manifest the Evil that it has learned ...bc the Spirit is Unconscious Power...ie it must be guided by pure consciousness as the Serpents (ILL emotions are the enemies of Ra)....hence Heru ( our hero ) as Herukhuti must decapitate this serpents with his mighty cutlass as the word Khuti has a dual meaning with is to Cut
