Kubwa Abuja, Nigeria Most Affordable Neighborhood

Kubwa Abuja Nigeria is one of the largest suburbs in the Federal Capital Territory Abuja. Located in Bwari Area council, it is about the 25 minutes drive from the city center.
Many people agree that Kubwa is the biggest satellite town in Abuja predominately occupied by working-class and middle-income earners.
It is one of the most preferred places to live outside of Abuja city center because of its affordability compared to the city center.
You will literally get everything you need here without the need to step into the city.
Although due to rapid migration into Kubwa the cost of housing is on the rise here.
To rent a good two-bedroom is good location such as F01 ranges from N1.3 million to N2million. Which is still very very affordable compared to renting the same type of house in the city center.
During my visit I also found that there are lots of commercial activities going on in this place, then another satellite town I have visited such as Lugbe.
Overall, I would say Kubwa is the second best place to live outside of Abuja City Center for any middle-income earners, If you wondering which one is best, don’t worry I have the video coming….

Thanks for showing us where the middle class live David! Yes, it is always great to be shown the fabulous homes in a country however, for those who want to learn about/visit Nigeria we want to see these places for what they truly are; which means understanding how the majority of the people there live "day to day" i.e., what their communities look like; where they work; what they eat; their music... I now know what middle class neighborhoods look like in Abuja.🙂 Another great video! 👍🏾 Don't work too hard though!

Hi David. Kudos! Great job done! My question is: If land cost N25m in Kubwa, I don't think it is a place for Working or Middle class. It is too expensive for them. Kubwa still needs to undergo serious development from what I can see from the video, and based on that, I'm not sure why land is so expensive there. Do you have a number or email address I could reach on ? I've been trying to get through to you and BigWillz but your numbers are not out there.

Nigeria's, most affordable neighbourhood? No, it is not. I reside, in Kubwa and i don't consider it an affordable place. Rent, is expensive in Kubwa. Buying food items is also expensive. There are many other places that is much more affordable than Kubwa. The title, of your video should be "Kubwa is one of the satellite places in Abuja".
