Consider providing approximate distance (in kilometers or miles and commute time) from key places: City Center, Airport, university, hospital...etc What are the house prices in either dollars or pounds or Euros....to somewhat evergreen the prices. Rental income estimates. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms and carports? Your viewers abroad may not be versed in Abuja but are interested. So they need specific information. You need a drone? Great job👏🏽👏🏽

Airport road, on LUGBE axis . If you are coming from the airport it’s on your right, if you are going to the airport, it’s on your left
