Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Join us as we visit Kualoa Ranch, a 4000 acre private nature reserve in Oahu, Hawaii. It is best known as the filming location for movies such as Jurassic World, Jumanji, and many others. They also grow 60 different crops, and produce five types of proteins through their agricultural arm, KualoaGrown. We take you on an exclusive behind-the-scenes look with the experts who grow the vegetables, shrimp, oysters, beef, and pork that support the island of Oahu with high-quality, responsibly raised food.

Kim and Jerry, you guys knocked it out of the park! I'm beyond impressed by these young people who are so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do there on the ranch. The scenes on the water were particularly breathtaking. Hawaii never disappoints. And Kualoa Ranch is one of it's hidden gems. Keep 'em coming.

@@CaliKim29 Great ! Thank You, Kim !! I now host tours of my home regularly...been recently hosting 2 per yr for the past 2 yrs...though may only do one this next Yr & Spring, as I want to attend OTHER fall events ! .A BLAST & well attended. A very close friend started the little free seed libraries & I have her promote her organization as well---she now has maybe a hundred locations in multiple states ! Makes me wonder why I waited so long ! I have close to 600 plants on my plot (nearly a half acre in the city), plus 7 raised beds...and 8 certified habitats, going back to ~Feb of 2013. Gardening provides food for the Soul !

Wow, I really really enjoyed this! I could watch this 10 times. Not just unbelievably beautiful, but so ethical, so responsible! What an incredible system for the oysters! And the shrimp! Who knew?! I'm so jealous of the experiences you got to have there! You did a great job interviewing, and Jerry, you did a great job on camera! I appreciate both of you so much. I never would've known about this place if it wasn't for you, and it's awesome! I'd really like to know more about those blocks used for the greens beds that can be used to lengthen the beds easily! Oh I'd love to shop in the market for some uniquely Hawaiian fruits and veggies, and learning what to make with them. This video, like the land, the animals, the people, is breathtaking! Thanks so much!

Glad you enjoyed it! The Agricloth would definitely help keep the bugs and critters off, here's an amazon link, amzn.to/49avFql. For best results, cover as soon as you plant the seeds or transplants. And yes, they can be in the soil too, spray it with Bonide's NeemMax, or insecticidal super soap to get rid of them. Good luck!
