If you have ever doubted serendipity or fate put it aside. Your story proves things are going to happen despite ourselves. I’m not a good enough knitter yet to make your designs but I’m working on it. Oh what a delicious journey.
I liked Caitlin Hunter cause she has awesome knitting designs. Now I love Caitlin Hunter, because she is a beautiful, awesome and amazing soul. Her life is so interesting and she is just fabulous. Thank you for letting us into your world Caitlin. And thank you Kristy for what you do. Your Boyland knitwear showoff timer was so cute😘Love the knitting community.
So great to meet the talented Caitlin Hunter - what an intelligent, sweet, interesting and truly lovely woman!! Love her designs and now I want to knit every one of them even more! Great episode!
Best quote...”We need more women in our lives saying yes to each other.” 👍
Caitlin has many wonderful stories to tell. She is so down to earth and lovely . Thank you for sharing Kristy 💙💕🌿
That was amazing, thank you guys for filming that it totally made my day seeing all the amazing Boyland Knitworks knits and listening to Caitlin's amazing story!
Absolutely loved this interview. What a great (her)story. 🙂 And.... I am just now knitting the Campside shawl by Alicia Plummer! What a coinkydink! Thank you Kristy, for what you do ❤️❤️❤️
That’s so interesting, I too am a mom of 3 boys, I feel the same, very overwhelmed and tired always haha but knitting, I find it to make me feel more feminine as well and I love how that makes me feel. When it’s the boys bedtime, knitting is my go to or reading literature to relax.
This is a great interview! Love Caitlin’s designs but it’s so cool to see the woman behind them
I'm so glad you interviewed Caitlin! She's inspiring.
Oh Kristy - I am almost crying tears of joy and happiness watching this!! I LOVED your layers of Boyland Sweaters on a timer!! You are hilarious!! and Amazing!! And Caitlin is just AWESOME - Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! And so happy I got a peek of the walk in the woods because of being a Patreon... Totally worth the monthly $ - you're amazing Kristy - thank you XXX

Great interview Kristy! I enjoyed sooo much! Caitlin was so generous! I feel privileged to have had this opportunity to know her better! She seems like a lovely person! And what to say about her knitting/designing... I’m a complete boylandknitworks geek! Thank you!
Watching this podcast for probably the 3rd or 4th time! Great interview!!
Love Caitlin so much!!! Have my yarn for several of her designs !!! Kristy thank you for all you do for the knitting world!!!
OMG! my favorite interview so far. I LOVE all of her designs. I haven't been brave enough to do one, but when i do. BOY I CAN"T WAIT!
So fun and inspiring! Caitlin should start a podcast too, I would love to see more of her process and the things that inspire her. Also Kristy I'm so glad that you asked her the inspiration behind the names of her patterns, I've been so curious and it was so fun to hear her talk about them. Thanks for the lovely episode and for making the trip out there, definitely worth the patreon subscription to get content like this :) As always, your work is amazing and your online presence is a joy to be a part of. Have a great day!

I loved learning about the different live she has led!
What a great interview! I was especially struck by Caitlin's honesty and openness. I have two boys and I went through something similar as Caitlin with my youngest, who is a "twinless twin" as a result. This interview got me in a way I can't quite put to words. I am coming back to knitting after being on hiatus for a couple years (because babies). I stopped by The Knot House by chance last week and they had bunch Caitlin's sweaters on display. I instantly remembered that feeling when I used to knit. So inspiring! I am casting on Tegna as a way to get back in the game and get that feeling back. Thank you Kristy for this interview!
I love this! I am knitting sipila now 🤗 I’m so glad you travel & get interview all of these amazing people in our knitting community ❣️
One of my favorite interviews ever. Love Caitlin Hunter's work. I'm waiting on the new one with that Olann yarn.

Loved this episode! I lived in Anchorage and we wanted to retire there. The job moved us back down to the lower 48. My eldest son stayed and married a beautiful Inupiat lady and the have 5 children. This means we get to go back and visit. Anyway, I learned how to knit in Anchorage at a little knitting shop. I am sorry she did not find it. Thanks for doing this interview. 😀
Kristy, you are absolutely fabulous!!! All of your interviews are amazing but this one was super spectacular! Thank you for giving us a peak into Caitlin’s life and journey!! This interview made my day ☺️ Thank you to Caitlin for opening up to us and speaking about your life and your Fiber journey 💕💕

Kristy, I am dying for the sweater/poncho pattern you are wearing - and the colorways!!! Please post!
Wonderful and inspiring! When I lived outside of Beaverton in the eighties, my dream was acreage in Vernonia, so this was extra special to watch because of that dimension. Now I am interested in checking out her patterns. Thank you. Also I lived in Bellingham in the 70’s and now want to travel up there and check out spincycle. Bellingham had an artsy vibe even then. Great following all your Pacific Northwest trip and interviews. Just fabulous and I am even more psyched about what is available here than ever.
Caitlin hunter is a beautiful soul!! 🖤🖤🖤 such an inspiration!!!
Thanks for the great interview, finally got to see this beautiful knitter!!!

Love her! Now I feel we are kindred spirits with the RV lifestyle. My hubby and I started out living in a trailer and traveling for his job before the kids came along. Now semi-retired we spend months in our RV living around the country. And my knitting goes everywhere!

As a mom of all boys myself, I love her take on how knitting is her thing to keep her sanity/femininity! I feel the same way. I have Sunset Highway on my needles and Zweig up next, so this interview was perfect timing for some behind-the-scenes on the designer that is making my projects all the more fun.

I have not ventured into colorwork....However, the ‘subtle’ sweater with yarn purchased from Knot Houses (Julie Asselin and Spincycle yarns) is IT! Thank you again for such a wonderful interview. Caitlin is certainly a Renaissance woman......amazing the life she has had. 😎

One of my favorite interviews you’ve done! OMG, Caitlin blows my mind - she’s only been knitting for less than 3 years?! Holy cow. No words. I loved your sweater reveals!! Hysterical w the alarms! They are all beautiful, too. 👏 I can’t wear yoked sweaters because I have football player broad shoulders that I’d like to MINIMIZE, thank you very much, but I love looking at her designs! Great job, Kristy!

I just loved watching this interview -- start to finish! Also, I'm officially a bad Italian because I've been pronouncing it TEG - na ;)
Tecumseh....It’s also a town in Oklahoma. And we pronounce it exactly as you did. I’m originally from Oklahoma but moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1988. I live in Longview. Not at all far from you! I’m a new knitter and have yet to knit my first sweater. It’s coming though! I can feel it! You both inspire me!!
What a lovely podcast so interesting I could listen to her for days very sweet. Love creative spirit. I am going to knit the sweater with speckles and that red violet colorway oh my goodness love love love 😍😘 Thank you for sharing. BrambleKnits 🇨🇦
