The lobster is way older than the person that is actually eating it and the lobster is about 30-50 years old.

For everyone saying why don't they kill it first, they do, the heart of the lobster is in between its head and its tail. They literally puncture it, the thing is dead before they start working on it.

I am a Korean and I was born in the coastal city of Busan, so I have seen a lot of cooking crabs like that. So I know why we cut the crustaceans alive.
