As a hunter and a fisherman, I try to teach my son that conservation of our precious and valuable resources must be protected and cherished. My son has autism and has difficulty understanding why conservation is so important when I try to teach him. That being said, when we watch your videos, they resonate with him. Brodie is my son's hero and wants to be just like him. This gives me so much hope that my son will be successful maintaining these views for conservation. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Brodie.

@@DrBrooza for us, it is not about catching or killing, it is about being in nature and understanding the balance of nature. If we catch a fish or get a deer, that is only a bonus. We enjoy being in nature an seeing its beauty and that is why we feel so passionate about conservation. We want all the future generations to enjoy nature as we have and still do. You are right, he will find his own way to understanding. It is my job as a father to guide him in making his own choices. Thank you for your comment.

Have so much respect and appreciation for you guys after seeing you putting the biggest ones back or leaving them alone for the sake of conservation, alot of those creatures live 30+ years to get to the larger sizes of the spectrum.

Living the life all right. Cruising on a boat, beautiful beaches, and eating fresh huge crayfish, those would cost over 100 maybe 200 per cray. All I'll need is a island hut with all my gear, family and I'm sweet

You look to this lot for marine education? Really? See each of those crayfish they brought up to the surface so they could do their photo op/show off to the camera - all are blind crayfish now. Their never meant to just be casually brought up to the surface and exposed to sunlight. Putting it back blinded, each crayfish will die a slow cruel death from being unable to forage for food or defend itself in confrontations. @Cameron Lawrence @Chase

I’m sorry for your loss mate truly I am, R.I.P, I lost my father/mentor/best friend 2 years ago (R.I.P) and it was a channel on KZread called Modern History Tv that helped me through the darkest days of his passing so I empathise with your feelings… I immersed myself into the channel and it helped keep me sane, but please don’t do what I done and isolate yourself from those around you… they care about you and doing so will only turn you into a recluse like me… seek help if you need it… I know grief counselling helped me loads cos it’s talking about the things you can’t talk about with people you know… things will get better and soon too I hope!! Agree, kill someone family and feed own family, looking very sad actually. Cruelty is here just for fun. But i enjoyed beach and Nature.

I will truly appreciate when we No longer need to eat other living Beings for food . I still do . I say a Thank You to and send appreciation to everything I eat . I respect that the Beautiful People put the Old fellow back in his home .

@@IAMREIKI I have been a vegetarian 29 years. At a young age I found it strange that we ate animals because they have souls just like we do. I just couldn’t wrap my head around it, so one day I just stopped eating them. And now almost 3 decades have elapsed since I made that decision. But I do give much props to people like this who show a clear respect of the environment and living creatures around them, taking only what they will eat. There are people in this world who brutally abuse animals, so this, I can deal with and see from a different perspective.
