I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for your videos Brodie! I live in North America right smack dab in the middle, Kansas to be exact. I am a full time graduate student and I have a year and a half left. I plan on doing something big after I graduate and I’ve only seen the ocean twice in my life. It’s been my life long dream to hunt for clams, crab, to deep sea fish and to catch fresh crayfish. I usually watch your videos in the morning and when I need a break from studying. I’m surprised they had never seen tuna steaks before; it’s the once a year treat I give myself. Little over half a centimeter on each side cooked with a little lemon, make sure it’s still raw in the center, and it’s perfect. Love.

Brodie mate. Here in Philippines nothing will waste on that yellow fin tuna. We cook also the head. With vinegar,black pepper, garlic ,ginger add a little bit of spices And add the coconut milk. And that's it we call it paksiw sa gata.

I wanted to add that I was fascinated when you removed the tuna's gills and showed them to us. I had no idea that they were so large! I suppose I shouldn't have been surprised - of course such a large, powerful, fast swimmer would need a lot of oxygen to support its lifestyle.
