Korean Fried Cauliflower Recipe: Better Than Chicken!
I made this fabulous recipe from The NY Times, only switched it to cauliflower instead! It was so good!
INGREDIENTS:
1 head of cauliflower
1 small yellow onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced fine
1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more for coating
black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons gochujang paste
3 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, plus more for garnish
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup flour
2/3 cup of cornstarch

This looks fantastic Diane 😍 😊I've made "chicken" Nuggets and sweet and sour "chicken" , both with cauliflower but not Korean fried... which I absolutely love!!! I just had it 2 nights ago for dinner with chicken but now I need to try this recipe 😋 🤔 thank you so much dear friend for sharing 😊 🤗 ❤Annie

The sauce is so delicious! If you make it with chicken, just cut up boneless chicken thighs is 2-3" chunks and folliw the recipe but thoroughly cook them. You know this stuff! Let me know how they come out!
