I have attempted to meditate many times in my life and prior to this CD the only success I've experienced is with live guided meditation. kzread.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq This is the first CD I've used that cuts through my unmedicated ADHD and enables me to truly relax and experience a quiet and energizing interval. The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!

Konstantin is an excellent guest. He is a multi-faceted expert and a well educated person, including but not limited to science/physics (and more), mathematics and most interesting is how well versed Konstantin is in the humanities. His dialogue towards the end about the importance of not being clone of the high-grades, superior resume and entitled ‘A’ graduates. When cancer derailed my career at 57 I had been on my own for 10 years, after a full corporate career. I obtained the title of Senior Executive, as part of the 6 person leadership team that together took the company public into a phenomenal IPO. My peers went to he great schools Harvard, Princeton, Yale. Once at a meeting that included the CEO (Harvard) a very important new client. I was asked where I got my masters degree, I looked up from the conference room table and said, ‘You mean PhD and that I earned at the best school there is for learning how to solve complex problems, ‘The University of La Strada.’ CEO looked at the new client and said, ‘There is nothing that I would not trust that Peter would accomplish if he said he could. There is no job too difficult or overwhelming. His veracity alone is legendary, all the while juggling infinite balls in the air while doing it.” I attribute this to having a full rich life, before I decided I wanted to go from a 37 year old technical writer to partner in one decade. I did it. As Konstantin did as well. You too can do this if you can manage your time and ego. Listening to Lex’s podcast is a great place to start.

I constantly had to interpret the lyrics into Farci for them, which they found even more interesting.

Моë кандидатское сердешко застучало чаще, когда Константин и Лекс стали говорить по-русски. Боже, я слезу пустила на моменте, когда Лекс спросил "Ты по-русски говоришь?" - и они стали общаться! But for example the woman he interviewed about Life and Alien life said she didn’t think Aliens would travel here because “what’s the point?” & “it would take too long”. It’s that sort of limited thinking I’m talking about. Superior vehicles that travel much much much faster are theoretically and problematically inevitable. its going to become a reality and it will completely shut down that idea down. And what’s the point? There doesn’t need to be a point. That type of technology can teach us more than we understand today about something as simple as gravity. Nothing is concrete in the form of ideas, evolution is forever, with or without us. So nothing should be discounted, and many “scholars” do just that. And that’s what I find illogical.

Thank you Mr. lex. I have had the honor of been listening to you for many hours on many different subjects now. Since that you obviously have a wide and deep insight into many different matters, there is maybe one thing that you as a radio man could help me understand regarding energi and how waves actually behave. Is it between where I am, to where you are, or is it the other way around? You see, where and/or what I receive from your side transcends in a way and make some form of impact, in this case me. My question is really simple probably, but it seems like everyone else know something I can not comprehend. Is communication and science in general based as a structure where the way you and the community mathematicaly predetermine and expects results and behavior? Is it a concept where someone obviously seem to be addressing the subject they are observing in a way that is only objectively in it's form like "should, or could" have done or shouldn't have been doing ... and if something really makes me annoyed about something that I do not understand concerning a subject or situation concerning a subject that is 100% a completely Natural and neutral entity of nature, I legitimately in the name of science and it's honor should address hateful and subliminal 3rd person trash talk to the table? Do you think the universal structure and all its living lifeform complexity acts out as one singel force as a thinking entity as yourself, or is it a product and pure reflection of the observer and it's inputs? If you think that nature does nothing, that this place of earth, wind, water and fire let's anything called an argument from anyone decide its constantly conditioning and calibration for it's essence of expressing equalibrium and does not demands it's inhabitants full respect and concentration at all times, and that death is it's reward since you gave it your full attention. Living under pressure my friend at this level and length gives a man great pain and damage . It seems like someone think that what is being done here is to make Anyone standing at a different ground outside from where the waves and effect he studies manifests only concerns his own Ego and personality development and choose not to understand, or even comprehend that these undertakings is from experimental design and is fundamentally unstable and highly dangerous. Himself is a the only part not interested in for whatever reason recognizing the true fact of the situation, and that addressing one very sick and single entity in existence as this nature is with hatefull expressions does not help the situation for any part.

Suppose we have gotten extremely good at waiting, such that our life spans are thousands, millions, or any number of "years" within the realm of possibility. Further assume that we get bored periodically and enter a simulated existence to "have some fun" or make use of the waiting time - much the same way we humans play video games (of increasing sophistication!). Could our "existences" be that time spent in the simulation? In other words, are we using the simulation to pass time while we wait?
