is there a timing jig we need? tried to use a rebuild kit on three different machines now and have all come with a fusing pressure error code after rebuild. service manual says the belt and internal components are positioned from factory, and unit should not be disassembled.

look at the positions of the rear gears, they are used to regulate the pressure

Yes, the process for rebuilding these fusers is similar, but may not be identical. The parts we reference in the video all work in the Bizhub C550i (that's what you meant, the Biizhub C550i, correct?). Thank you for your interest!
