Battling severe sickness and intense loneliness. Worst covid the delta got years back and it turned into guilanne barre. Never had a man bc no man can understand me and was robbed of having my own kids. I won’t give up. And needs no one has. Gotta stay stray strong. Almost 40 and going though so m oh hell. I live this mediation. It helps so much for me. And my adhd brain and sickness. I pray things will get better and peace for world ).

I've been pretty stressed lately. Busy at work and I have problems with my e-bike. Resulting in a stressed feeling and I couldn't calm down. Listening to this music made me stop and think about my life. I calmed down and was able to find out what wrong is with my e-bike. And fix it. Just like fixing myself. I started to meditate. This helped me to calm and slow down. And now I'm stronger and can handle every busy day.
