Naming your fish is 1 of the best things in owning fish .2 of mine are Agatha and Bertram after my favorite aunt and uncle .They were the funniest couple and these 2 fish perfectly matched them .Aunt Ag and Uncle Bert passed away years ago but they live on in these 2 fish and every time I say there names it brings back beloved memories

AWESOME

My Kumonryu unfortunately died a few years back. She was a Jumbo Koi and about 70cm. Very tame, very relaxed, she was called YinYang and when I entered my garden, she would be the first to swim towards me, even before my Chagoi's. Her appearance was more Orca-like, with lots of black and beautiful large rounded patches of white. I still miss her in my pond, she was definitely my favourite koi. Only a few months ago, I had someone hunt one down again in Japan for me. This time a Beni Kumonryu, I can only hope he/she will be as cool as YinYang.

i got my koi and im happy with them i got snow flakes koi they are doing very well, but my concern is my pond doesnt have filter and oxygen, literally its just a normal pond but they seems healthy and happy i guess. i used to clean it ones a month because i dont want them to get stress.. do you think there is something that i should know that health treat to my koi? the first 8 koi i had for the first time from months old they didnt survive but this new 5 carp they seems doing great and active...

The patten on the Koi reminds me of a scenery of South West. I want Shawn to make Ramen trip video.

My son named my koi, a white with oaonge on its back, which was all orange at first then suddenly morphed, fluffy flea nose cherry goldfish, lol. We all thought it was a goldfish that was sold by mistake, but a koi it was, but she passed away last sunday and broke his heart

You can find small black and white koi anywhere from 10.00 to 25.00 all day long. However I think you would be hard pressed to find a 3" black and white koi of this quality anywhere. The search is always fun!

After I saw this video a couple months later I went to my local pond store and they had a small koi just like that for $7! Boy was I lucky.

My grandad has a huge koi pond and he used to have this really old and rare koi and it was white and it had really vibrant black and orange markings all over it. It died 2 years ago of old age at 27"

I gave mine the kiss of life and brought him back 7 times he finally died at the age of 32 years old! He started a a prize from the fair and ended up being a family member!
