I think Green's opponent at 6:32 is Go Hashima from Keio Uni. At least according to his instagram and Facebook where his brother (friends with) was tagged with the same footage

This year only two Japanese per weight will enter Tokyo GS. This year only number 1 and number 2 will join. A huge discussion arose recently because the change in the selection method for Tokyo GS was only announced last week. Taking all the importance for Kodokan Cup.

Btw why in the for example in 60 kilograms was taken a winner Kodokan's cup Udai Higuchi, and even did not take 3rd Taiki Nakamura, what the reason?

I think Nakamura is included in the Tokyo GS. They went with 4 judoka for -60 and -100@@user-ti6cc3hw5m
