Kobe Bryant • Clutch in High-Def (clutch shots compilation 2007-09)
Спорт
My clutch shot criteria:
1. Less than two minutes to go.
2. Less than a 10 point lead.
3. Must be a FG.
4. Must be the player's (Kobe) last FG.
5. Must be in a win.

Problem with today's NBA Fans is that they are all about Stats. Kobe took any shot which was necessary , even if it was the worst one possible (like fadeaway 3s or long 2s over 2 defenders ). I dont want to name any players here but if you look at those guys, they shy away from taking shots in these tough moments and take it only if they are wide open or they get a comparatively easy shot. That is how their clutch % is higher and the same reason why Kobe's stats in the clutch dont reflect how much of a clutch player he is. Because he took so many of them and all of them were highly contested. Teams always look at Kobe and double team him in the last few seconds of a game, EVEN now! Thats how much respect he gets. He literally wont give up till the last second and would shoot a 3 even if they were down by 5 in the last 5 seconds. Thats who he is. So my point to those guys who want to talk stats - check the type of shot, the situation in game, the teammates you have on the floor at that point of time before throwing out stupid stats and saying "this player has higher clutch % than Kobe, LOL" Get a brain or if you have one, think before commenting. Dont just hate on a great player blindly.

Hell yeah no one has that killer instinct like him any more. He would practice those shots thousands of times in practice too, so you know you could trust him to make it. Most guys will be lucky to have 5 game winners their whole career, kobe had 36. I've seen way too many games where he keeps making shots at the end when everyone else has given up. Every GM and coach in the league will tell you, kobe put the fear of God in them.

This is one reason of many why he's the MVP of all time.
top 3 greatest player of all time
lol, someone commented, "most of these are dagger shots, not clutch..." well my friend, nothing is more clutch than a dagger. A tough shot that if made puts nails in coffins? come on now who could argue w that?

Kobe: best finisher in the game
no one can replace the legend :]
Back spasms, broken index finger (shooting hand), ankle injury. Still great and still plays. Respect. That just shows how much he loves this game. THE GREATEST!
rip Kobe 💛💜
"Best finisher on the game" ! :)) I love Kobe plays. Kobe 4 Ever ! :))
kobes an all time great. i havent seen anyone with as much heart and intensity since michael jordan. great montage btw
i love it when he hits the clutch shots on the road, just to see the fans' reactions :D hahaha
Thank you for these videos man they mean so much more today I remember when I was a kid coming on KZread just to watch your Kobe vids you put them together the best. Thank you.
i am so glad to be witness. greatest of all time, hands down.
Could watch Kobe's footwork all day long. Incredible
GOAT
kobe the best player finisher closer
I'm so high that i had to watch every shot at least 3 times. it took me almost 1hr to watch this video.
I said it once, i'll say it again. Kobe's had more clutch moments in March,2012 than Melo's had his entire career in New York.
Miss you Kobe 😢
kobe bryant just master the clucth just saying.
Damn near always money in the clutch! MAMBA!!
You know whats so under rated about these shots? Pau Gasol. The guy sets some of the best screens in the league.
Kobe seems like he can do much more than LeBron but lot of ppl luv LeBron I don't get it
Top 2 best player only player he stands with is jordan
You know, you'd think there would be less haters and more people appreciating the greatness of kobe... when he retires his jersey will hang on forever. the Greatest Laker of All Time, and in my opinion the MOST SKILLED basketball player ever. his Footwork, work enthic. his drive to win, his leadership, intesnisty, his mid range game. his passing his defense. all impecible. Kobe Bryant. forever legendary, enjoy him while he still plays, comparing him to people is getting old, he is Kobe Bryant!
one of the greatest highlight videos ever!!! no cap
kobe= the epitome of clutch-ness
kobe is a pure guard. meaning he's an all around player with all the skills you want in a shooting guard!
this guys is just so good it kinda leaves you staring blank at how good he is
i got the goosebumbs/shivers like 18 times from memories from this video. thanks bro for making it.
if there were all of kobes clutch shots from this season in the mix, it would be about 10mins longer..kobe is the definition of clutch!
Man Kobe is a beast when he isn't injured. He still rocks even when he's hurt.
kobe is just that great, he hit 6 GAME winners/made shots while time expired this season. its endless, he hit 2 more last night vs the jazz, kobe=the assasin, the mamba, greatest closer in the nba today.
awesome kobe bryant...amazing moves..
Kobe authentic jerseys I own purple, gold, white, black, and maroon high school. Named my son Bryant. He is true greatness!
this makes me so excited for the playoffs!
Despite what people are saying, I agree that winning shots are very important in determining clutch shots from regular shots. The players that we remember for being clutch (MJ reggie bird etc.) are remembered for the shots they made to win games. Clutch pretty much is when a player rises above at the end of games and WINS games for his team. So yes I agree that a game won off the last shot of a player is a clutch shot. Great video as well.
For Kobe Bryant every shot regardless of who's in his face is a quality shot.
i could watch these all day
Still watching this video 12 years later..
niko can't wait for th e 2nd chapter of this video from 09-present with the back-to-back championships and too much clutch to comprehend. . . This is still my favorite video on KZread. I watch it every time I need to get pumped up
"Jesus would've had trouble guarding him" - George Karl, Nuggets' head coach
ive watched this video alot, but it never gets old
Finally, I watch a video and no one is talking trash.
Rest In Peace Kobe Bean Bryant.
"Why are you so surprised? I mean that's what I do. Is it a surprise that I did that? It's not!" LOL, I love Stu!!
its not about the crowd, its about the game. they dim the lights on the crowd so the attention is directly on the game. i think its sick.
If you really know what you are watching KB, MJ had no wasted dribbles when it came to the pull up jumpers. It ain't as fancy as some of today's players but super effective. I played D1 basketball and I learned that mid range pull up from watching MJ. Kobe took it and scored a ton of buckets. I'm grateful that I got to watch both players play their entire careers.
For this guy it cant be luck.. this is just unbelievable, someone who is so tough mentally, hitting the shots at the last minutes of the game.
i remember when this 1st came out. was the best mix at the time :)
greatest finisher!
I will cry like a baby when kobe bryant retires.. I remember watching him back in his rookie days.. I was 12 yrs old when i first noticed him.. Hes been my idol ever since. One of the most clutch players to ever touch a basketball..
Kobe knows the shot clock so well. His number says it all!
Simply put, kobe cannot be stop in clutch moments. He is the greatest clutch player ever. The only true person ive ever seen who can come close to defending kobe in clutch is grant hill. But even that is not enough
Kobe is in the clutch. You have to respect him and his shot.
if kobe wasnt good, there wouldnt be any haters....they wouldnt care who he was, or what he did, because he would be a nobody to them. but, hes good, face it, thats why people hate, thats why people dislike him so much. no matter how much you deny it, hes good. and once he retires, everyones going to reflect on hes greatness.
Dude this is easily the best Kobe highlight vid i've seen. Got a nice beat but the original audio and commentary is still audible and no absurd slow motions or 10 clips of the same shot. keep it up.
i watch this every year right before the playoffs
4 words "kobe does it again"
I miss young Kobe :(
Best highlight DUDE
Thanks man ! Great Upload, Love how its in HD
this vid never gets old
Loved this video, thanks for putting it together :)
Kobe's MVP Season 07-08 Miss them days
this is a very nice video. thank you.
If you look at when this comment was posted, it was around the time of the NBA finals, when LeBron was playing timid and quiet. He needed this video to motivate him to be more aggressive and confident.
i think he is right now top 5 best defender of all time, and has a great chance to be the best ever...i think he shoulda won defensive player of the year last yr, and hopefully he win this yr
i have no idea how kobe makes these shots possible but its so normal that you take it for granted most times
Kobe has got 36 game winners in his carreer, that´s just crazy
One word people. LEGEND
everytime I see Kobe make a clutch shot it makes me wanna go to the gym
kobe is just amzing!!
kobe the best clutch ever
great mix!
thank u! this is A-W-E-S-O-M-E!
I LOVE watching Kobe play basketball and that Laker team was great it sucks that they got broken up.
GOAT video...
this is what the real king of the NBA does. he doesn't bitch out when you need him.
Loved the video
Is it me or does 2008 kobe and soon to be 2012 kobe look alike? The sleeve, the hair, beard, and more of a bounce? HES BACK!
kobe is the greatest player of all time
Kobe the best of the bestest
"He looks up at the crowd and gives them that look like, 'Why you so surprised? THAT'S what I do. I mean, is it a surprise that I did that? It's not.'"
