Knysna South Africa - The Heart of the Garden Route | 90+ Countries With 3 Kids

Located on South Africa’s famous Garden Route, Knysna (pronounced as ‘ny-zah’), is one of the country’s most famous locations. It is a natural paradise of lush, indigenous forests, tranquil lakes, wildlife and golden beaches. The breathtakingly pretty lagoon is now a protected marine reserve that is home to the extraordinary sea horse and over 200 species of fish.
The endangered Knysna seahorse is named after the town and can be spotted during a good snorkeling session in the estuary.
We really enjoyed the view from the heads - a striking geological spot made up of a pair of huge, brightly coloured cliffs lying at the mouth of the lagoon, flanking a channel of potentially treacherous water that flows into Knysna lagoon. We were told that from the banks of the rocks we could see whales because Knysna is on the migratory route of the Southern Right and other species but unfortunately we weren't able to see one these marine mammals.
Enjoy the video and let us know where you’re watching from!

My Beautiful Africa ❤. I missed this country for almost 20 years, being out of my favorite place on the Earth, living and working in the USA. Knysna, since I visit this little town in 2000, took my heart forever. I fall in love with South Africa and I could not already live any where else. I moved out of Russia to South Africa and lived there before to take another move to the USA, Florida, I left my two daughters in South Africa as I knew I will be back soon. Last year I bought a house in Knysna but now I am retired in the US and ready to move to share rest of my life and whole my love with my favorite place on the Earth as my love to Africa for time I was out, got even more deep ❤❤❤. I cannot wait when finally I will back to settle down in my new home in Knysna, joining my family, which grow more than double now 🥰.

One other thing that's very good about reading books to gain knowledge is like Margret Mead book is a study on primitive society.is living with the people, during the dance of the females was able to protect her self from becoming pregnant, and if she did become pregnant, they all loved the baby like it was there own, and thought it came from above, and useably the older female would engage in sex with a young boy, and a young female with an older man.
