Knitting: Wrap & Turn (W&T) in garter, helpful for the Papillon Shawl

Hello Sun Dragoneers! Since many of you have liked my assistance videos on the Papillon by MarinJa Knits ( pattern link here: www.ravelry.com/patterns/libr..., here is a video just focusing on the wrap & turn I use in the Papillon shawl, which is geared for garter where you are knitting every row), and does not discuss picking up and working wraps.
Check out the Papillon playlist for Red Square, Orange Square, Green Square, Blue Square, and more helpful hints!

Excellent video. I love your teaching style and found the technique of short rows in garter stitch clear and concise. I have been knitting for 30+ years, but never had need to execute a short-row. I purchased the Papillon Shawl pattern and yarn nearly two years ago, but lacked the confidence to proceed. The pattern just didn't make any sense to me! I've watched a few videos from other channels, but after watching this video I am confident I can tackle the short row and am excited to finally get started on this project! Thank you for this great tutorial :)

Thanks for the feedback Lauren! Really happy my videos can help. I find if you take the Papillon a line at a time, and do exactly what the pattern says, it can be addictive! ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you 🙏 for your videos. There is something I am not familiar with and I can’t find videos on it. The pattern is You Are Enough the clockwise section I am not familiar with.

Hi Ileana, I am not familiar with that pattern, so I’m afraid I cannot offer advice, many of my videos are for things I am currently working on and can offer assistance on, squeezing them in on top of running a yarn shop full time. Have you checked out notes on Ravelry or contacted the pattern writer? ❤️
