The hat without ear flaps is perfect for teenagers and adults, the model with ear flaps is exellent for kids and babies. Circular needles knitting. Stitct to stitch tutorial for all sizes.
For the hat without ear flaps I used 80g of cotton yarn (85 m in 50g), the weight of the hat with ear flaps is 95 g. You will need less yarn if you choose acrylic or wool yarn.

Why you don’t knit instead of pearl on the brim to fold it correctly ?

If you mean why I don't change the pearl stitches for knit stitches on the brim - it's because I've knit different hats and I don't see any differense.

@@pollycrochetknitting2180 the difference is that you don’t need to turn over wrong side to right side and turning your knitting over because you are going to be already on right side of knitting.
