Good stuff....great purchase.....when u acquire a crap load of tools, much like ur guns u gotta pull them out every once in a while a give them a good once over with WD-40....hope ur enjoying ur retirement Rick...be safe man.

This is Cobra pump plier QuickSet version (with red buton). Why „quick”? Because you can adjust the jaws without press the buton, but only close it if you starting from the maximum opened position. It is a small feature that make the difference between red buton and normal one. Anyway, those are the best pump pliers, other brands just trying to copy this simple and efficient design.

I agree Rick if it's a good quality tool that's not a terrible price at all , I'd swing that set in a heartbeat if I were still working professional and probably anyway I just don't like cheap stuff.

Also the little 125 mm cobra makes an awesome edc pocket tool (there’s an even smaller one, but I wouldn’t recommend it)… smaller than a pocket knife and so versatile. I’ve even used it to adjust garden hose fittings… that’s pushing it, but it gives you an idea for how wide that little thing can open.

I bought these without the comfort grip and after using them for hours to grip small parts to countersink them on the mill, I now regret not buying the comfort grip lol
