    Very informatic information with professional touch. I am 62 plus. I have O arthritis in my right knee. I am regularly doing some yoga exercise like "tad assan", "brikhaa assan", " trikon assan" etc. apart from some leg muscle stretching which are advised by doctor. I am worried all above yoga exercise which are with standing position are right for me? I have continuous swelling with little pain at affected knee. Pl. advice.

    Sofa is too soft for above exercises , you can do on some hard type bed, little softer is ok.

    Health City Thanks for reply🙏 meri age 53 yrs hai aur weight 66kg hai aur mai koshish kar rahi hun ka 60kg ke pass ho jaye. Yeh dard muje 4-5 saal se start huya tha tab se mai is kabhi kush kabhi kush ilaz karwa rahi hun . Pehle angreji medicine li fir homeopathy fir ayurveda but ab mai grelu ilaz hi karti hun koe bhi medicine nahi le rahi . Exercise mai karti hun jo knee pain ke luye karte hain . Pehle mera left knee dard karta tha aur right thik tha but ab right dard karta hai uper se aur left wala back side se dard hota hai pl btayen mai kya karu?agar app contact no de sako to mai aap se baat kar lu pl

    मॅडम मै घुटने के दर्द के लिये सारे चेक अप किये है एक्सरे निकाले है और रिपोर्ट मे मह निष्कर्ष निकला की मुझे संधीवात ( Rematology ) कि तकलीफ है और उसकी मै दवाँई खा रहा हूँ मगर मेरे घुटने का दर्द कमनही हो रहा है मेरी उम्र 65 साल और वजन gokg है तो क्या करे
