Pranam I can't thank u enough., I am 63 yrs old woman, I try staying physicaly fit, by yoga walk aerobics etc. I had to use steps for 10 days and I developed severe knee pain. I had to search online as visiting a doctor in the pandemic is a " no " I followed ur guidance and within 3 days I am cured of knee pain. 🙏 Thanks again
