we had a situation with our email provider where we were getting a ton of spam complaints we’re on shopify and we use Klaviyo.
 so we brought in an outside expert who was able to fix it in very short period of time we did some audits after that to figure out what was going on in the account found out some more stuff that we should address it’s always good to do this I ordered my account 3 to 4 times a year I think that you should probably order it as much as you have to keep it at the point where it’s optimized deliverability is extremely important I like our deliverability as an eight figure brand to be in the 80s that is where I wanna be that’s the score in Klaviyo.  the reality is recently it was in the 60s that is NG baby.
