Food and litter is not cheap. I have four cats and go through so much

I’m glad she’s responsible enough to know she can provide for them for only a certain amount of time. Sure would be great for her to adopt, but she knows how much she can handle. Very glad she’s taking care of them and taking them to the vet 👍💖 Edit: Everyone in the replies thank you for being so kind! And yeah this is my first time actually not being afraid to post a comment that’s a different viewpoint

Thank you for not being one of those people telling her to adopt them all. I know some ar kidding, but that puts pressure on a person. Kittens are a ton of work to rear up into wonderful adult kitties. Like reptile the more work you put in the more special the bond you will get

Yeah fr! If I could I'd adopt every cat without a home but realisticly I know I'm only capable of handling one cat right now haha. I was offered a kitten last year but sadly I had to say no since I know I'm not in a place to take care of anything more than my cat since I can barely take care of myself at the moment. :(

She has KIDS and preexisting pets in the house as well, kittens are so much work cause you never know how their personalities will change and bloom over time and I can’t imagine trying to shape THREE kittens into well mannered cats AND parenting my child. I’m already doing so with one kitten and a toddler 😂

Thank you… leaving them out overnight would’ve been so dangerous for them. If mom comes around please trap her and get her spayed DO NOTA PUT THE KITTENS BACK OUTSIDE WITH HER. I rescue and foster cats and growing up outside isn’t a good life for domesticated cats. Keep the kittens and rehome them when they’re old enough (get them spayed and neutered first) and if u can, catch mom and have her TNR’d if she’s feral or bring her in and rehome her too if she’s friendly. If u can’t do all of that, call a rescue nearby u who can, not a shelter, a rescue who does TNR.

Thank you, what you are doing is perfect. If you are able to foster them through a shelter that will be awesome so they can get spayed/neutered and vaccinated, and then they can go to loving homes, and if you foster them you get to keep them for the cutest age ❤ (and maybe that will spark interest in you wanting to continue to foster kittens. We always need more kitten fosterers) i just want to add to everyone, please please please do not take kittens away from mom that are very small, and still have their eyes closed, and crawl around, at that age they still need mom to survive. If you find kittens like this wait and trap mom or call someone that can wait to trap mom and take her somewhere safe. If you find kittens at the age this that beautiful lady did then you can take them to a shelter. Take them when their eyes are open and they are walking around exploring the world, but are still kittens.

It wasnt perfect. It wouldve been much smarter to catch the mom too. It felt a little selfish to not even try. Any shelter or experienced rescue wouldve told her how if she cared enough to call. In all honesty, it's pretty irresponsible.... Not only is the mom still not spayed (leading to more future kittens) but to also leave her out there just bc she isnt a small cute little kitten lile her babies. ....So F the mom, right? Geez!! She shouldve at least tried harder to help BOTH the kittens and their mother.

Ma'am not everyone can trap the mom too. The mom might be a farel and a shelter can't take her in. It would be great to TNR her. But not everyone can.

The grey and white one reminds me so much of an old childhood cat i had! Actually brought tears to my eyes of the memory of her, i miss her a lot She died several years ago of either a heat stroke, or old age. Rest In Peace Buppy :(
